Introduction	Hello my name is Katie and welcome to my blog. I am currently a graduate student, a substitute teacher, mother of 4 children, and an avid smart ass. I was born and raised in California much to the dismay of my Canadian counterpart that joins me on this blogging journey. This blog was created for the purpose of venting our frustration with the biological mother of our daughters. Our journey through the court system has been lengthly and memorable and we have had many stumbles along the way. At this point in our lives we are the best non-certified paralegals for California law that anyone has ever seen. We decided that we wanted to share our trials and tribulations while helping others with their own dilemas if possible.
Interests	I love to read, to write, to research, debate, bake, cook, hug, laugh, love, smile, and learn.
Favorite music	The list would be endless if I started it...let's just leave it as an ecclectic variety!
Favorite books	Again the list would be endless. I am a huge fan of Wally Lamb, Jane Austen, and the Harry Potter Series (Yes I said it). I love to read about history and try to encourage my children to share in my passion.
