| Introduction | I enjoy running everything from 1 mile sprints to half marathons. Probably a marathon in my future somewhere, but not this season. I run without headphones but with a Garmin. You'll see me on the Coal Creek trail most mornings, but when I do speed work I head to the track at Monarch High School. The Bolder Boulder is my A race for the year. |
