Introduction	I reserved this blog name in 2008 to help me get fit for my 45th birthday in 09. Then all hell broke loose. I just turned 48 and am suffering from poor health due to stress from caregiving my elderly father and much more. Time to get FIT and healthy. Never blogged before, should be interesting!
