| Introduction | I believe life is too short to put up facades, so let's be genuine and authentic with each other, shall we? I'd rather be actively participating in providing the basic things necessary for living and living on less. So that's what my wife and I are trying to do. We grow an increasing amount of our own food, heat our house with wood we've split, and fix and build things ourselves. We're starting to raise chickens and keep bees, too. And we're hoping our two young sons will be open to learning all the joy and satisfaction we get from living life this way. It just feels real. |
