| Introduction | Without music, life would be a mistake. I love the simple pleasures in life: the sound ice cubes make in crystal glasses, naps, leaves in the fall, the smell of the leather seats in taxi cabs, chocolate milk, sleeping late, spooning, long walks, getting lost, the way the earth smells after it rains, hand rolled cigarettes, waking up with the sun, whoopie pies, a night with no sleep, the first snow of the season. I like finding beauty in mundane things. I relish the chaos and absurdity of life. |
