Introduction	I want nothing short of exceptional in the beers I drink, and regularly pour bottles down the sink if they fail to live up to expectations. Many of these have been purchased because of endorsements from guys like CAMRA and the Good Beer Guide. I'm fed up of wasting my money and time on dull, bland beers, and lousy venues with a token real ale on the bar. I want something better. Tell me, what should I try?
