Introduction	I'm a special ed teacher and a mom, but my secret fantasy job is [independently wealthy] cake decorator. I average 2 cakes a year: one for each of my children's birthdays. Lately a few people have asked me to make cakes for them and I thought I would post what I have done. I must emphasize I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL and I have no training, but I do have a passion for this and enough creativity and daring to try anything. I love a challenge!
