Introduction	Hi! I was born and raised in Utica, MI. When I traveled and lived outside of Michigan, I always said I was from Detroit. But in all honesty, I had hardly any experience in city limits. Last year, I married a Canadian and moved a closer to city and we decided to truly experience Detroit (and maybe even play a little role in improving it). We have two children, daughter (age 11) and son (age 7). They are experiencing Detroit with us. Most of our date nights and many of our family outtings are now within the city limits. I am going to start recording our experiences here and hope to hear yours.
Interests	Detroit, dining, murals, biking, rock climbing, art, photography, keeping in shape, theater, kids...and growing.
Favorite music	Just about anything. It depends on my mood. My parents exposed me to country as a kids but my friends, co-workers, and interests exposed me to everything else.
