Introduction	Anything you do, anything that is done can be an adventure. I learned very young that your life can change within an instant, and that you need to make the most of it. Though it is hard to remember, it's something everyone should live by. My life changed when I was barely thirteen. I had heart surgery, and it saved my life. Every day, every chance, every adventure is a gift.

I will toast them wonderfully to a golden brown, and if they be burnt then they are not good enough for me!
