Interests	My love for cooking is compassed with my interest of nutrition facts and health benefits of the ingredients that i use. Not only the taste, not only the presentation but also the "good" the food it is. A nice dish, not only makes you happy cause it fills your stomach but also cause it gives your body what it needs to be healthy! And when I say body i mean also our brain..Cause everything starts from there..Isnt it?
