| Introduction | I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 12 years ago. The first 5 or so years, I simply followed doctor's instructions, but after I continued to get worse, I started doing my own research. I finally understood what I can do to help my condition and other conditions alike. I am almost finished with a certification program as a health counselor and have started a master's degree in nutrition. I want to share everything that has helped me, so others can also find better health. |
