| Introduction | My blog will reveal more about me than I can think to write at the moment, but suffice it to say that for most of my life I was driven by my own shame to cover for my shortcomings by performing for God. I am discovering that life in Christ isn't about any of that; that in fact, Christ came to free me from that very shame that drove me to cover myself with a layer of performance. Because it isn't that cover that He loves; He loves me, the real me. |
