| Introduction | Hello. My name is Vishalin. I hold a BSc degree in computer science from the University of Natal and I work as a consultant in project and program management and in transaction advisory services within ICT as well as the built environment. I am of Indian decent and am part of the Indian diaspora in South Africa. I grew up in a coastal city called Durban. I left my work in the I.T profession in Johannesburg to backpack in India and Nepal for a while. I ended up staying in the East for 4 years where I qualified as an Ayurvedic and Panchakarma therapist under Sri Sri Ayurveda and Panchakarma Department in Bangalore India. I have been practicing Ayurveda now for over 10 years. I am also an internationally certified yoga teacher with RYS as well as a qualified nutritionist. When i'm not consulting, gardening, stretching or making tasty Ayurvedic food, I am blogging or making music. Feel free to peruse this blog site and read through some of my observations.
