Introduction	I love: farm to table, the fall season- followed by the eight weeks that Americans celebrate Christmas, cooking, eating good food around a giant dinner table, microbrews, wine (red), wearing sweat pants and a hoody in the winter, looking at creation (mountain views are the best), the idea of traveling around the world with a backpack, community, coffee shop music, hot tea in the mornings, and finally... this thing called life.
Interests	Holistic health, books, movies that move me, hiking, biking, running, REAL (real eating, authentic living), cooking, conversation around a dinner table, music blaring-windows down- freezing weather-heat on feet.
