| Introduction | As a recently-retired management consultant with one of the largest and most respected professional services organisations in the world for 34 years, I have helped many organisations solve their problems and improve their results. I have often focused on the “people” aspect of enterprise transformation. I have worked in 12 countries, across industries such as government, utilities, financial services, transport, logistics, oil, and advertising. A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, I am currently training at the Henley Business School for a professional Executive Coaching qualification from the International Coaching Federation. I expect to have this qualification by early 2024. Because I am not yet certified, I offer my services at rates significantly lower than most Executive Coaches would charge, sometimes even pro-bono. I have previously provided coaching to the leaders of numerous charitable organisations and social enterprises. |
