| Introduction | The names Miranda and I have a story. One about a girl who grew up without parents and decided to brave this strange world on her own. A tale of adventure, fought with a guitar and accompanied by a menagerie of rescued animals, painted with poetry and photographs. From the streets of an abandoned steel mill town to the shores of Southern California, to New York City. I am on the road again. Older now, a captain now. And still tragically romantic, and obsessed with the beauty and light that defiantly exists in what's destroyed and shrouded by darkness. I still defiantly exist now.
