Introduction Like most Dads, I spent the majority of my time concentrating on jobs that would provide a decent income. And it wasn't until my kids were approaching their teens that I realized the most gratifying job I'd ever had was that of being a father. And so I spent the remaining years of their childhood soaking up every moment I could. And then, one day they were all gone. And I was devastated. Deep in the throes of my empty-nester hell, I began to write and in that writing I got to rediscover all of those wondrous moments that flew by me so quickly before. Now I share with all of you some of my most treasured moments in the hope that I can help you dads to recognize what a wonderful thing you have going for you. And for those of you who, like me, have kids that are grown, maybe I can stimulate some of your golden memories as well. At least I hope so. And for those of you who aren't quite parents yet, I'll try to offer a glimpse of the magic yet to come. For those of you who might be looking for my book, checkout Amazon.com and search for "For What Its Worth, Love Dad". And thanks for reading!
