Introduction	I'm Susan, welcome to my slice of the internet! I live in Austin, Texas where I was born and raised (a true Unicorn!). I'm a former Pre-K/Kindergarten teacher with a love of the outdoors and good food. I started my Stay At Home Mom journey in 2017 when my youngest was born with a severe heart defect called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.
