| Introduction | Hi, I am an authentic artisan italian teacher of ice cream maker. I was born in Rome , Italy. I opened a family parlor that became immediately world famous for the quality of its ice creams. I made the ice creams myself, every single day, they were daily-made and 100 % natural and my clients enjoyed them for the very first time. Now mom ,who worked with me , has decided to retire and I choosed teaching to the younger generations this wonderful sweet job , rich of satisfactions of all kinds , the latter not being the economical one.
