Introduction	It started as a joke at Walter Reed. I had both our coats, my purse, his backpack, his extra prosthetics gear, both his crutches, trying to keep up and snap pictures while pushing his wheelchair down the hallway behind him with my hip. He was walking with only a cane, and everyone back home would want to share in his moment of triumph. My friend was doing the exact same thing, going the opposite way down the hallway. We laughed at ourselves, female Tenzing Norgays, forever forgotten as we climbed our personal Everests. I still schlepp Brian's stuff around and snap pictures of him while he's climbing mountains, from literal rock climbing to SCUBA diving, attending college, and the constant health hurdles thrown in his path. The things I carry aren't limited to his extra legs... I am an aspiring nurse-midwifery student, a college tutor, a USO volunteer, a VA Caregiver peer mentor, an organic gardener, a do-it-yourself home upgrader, a housewife, a 'mom' to a meragerie of four-legged children, and the rock uncountable tears from a dozen eyes have been cried upon. This will be a mishmash of everything. My life is insane. I love every minute of it.
Favorite books	I've tried listing them several times. There's no easy way to do it... I like books. Hooray Kindle.
