Introduction	This blog is the story of my family's move to south Orange County, California. One of my interests is real estate and I have been vastly disappointed by the expertise of most of the real estate agents I have met, so I have created this blog to document our family's search for a new home in the OC, home prices, real estate trends, good and lousy real estate agents, specific homes, and, well, you get the idea. The title of the Blog, Blue Move, is pretty much how I look at this move. We're moving from the Flintridge hills of Los Angeles county to somewhere near the big blue Pacific ocean.
