Introduction	This blog was born as a way to share with family and friends anecdotes and lighter moments I have experienced in the process of transplanting to the rural South. Over time, some of my thoughts and musings have found their way into posts as well. My small town is far from perfect, I'm definitely not perfect, and life is not a fairy tale...but I choose, by God's grace, to notice and give thanks for what is beautiful, to live with love and compassion, and to try to leave things a little better than I found them.
