Introduction	Howdy, my name is Babar Khan Javed. I am a freelance fitness coach for men and women between the ages of 20-55 with health concerns, mostly on high intensity workouts designed to torch fat within a month and get them in shape...to save their marriage, themselves or their teams. When I'm not creating athletes, I work at a company called Élan Guides (www.elanguides.com), as the Chief Marketing Officer. I started this blog to write about my own beliefs and causes, propagate the ethical concept of Altruism which I follow religiously. I contribute on various other topics for startup and established newspapers and magazines from time to time. As far as education is concerned, I have studied my entire life in various parts of the Middle East and am now an Undergrad Marketing student in Pakistan.
