Introduction	I spent 7 years working as a technical and marketing literature writer for a corporation. I decided to ditch the 9-5 corporate thing and try my luck at freelance writing and such. Before writing, I spent 8 years cooking professionally to pay my way through school. I love food - it's one of my main passions, followed closely by music and sports.
