Unlike a dog, how can a turtle ever be naked?
Turtles are always naked. They're nudists, for the most part. Some do like wear a bit of decorative algae on their shells, though. Lots of algae on a shell indicates nobility. You should always bow when speaking to a heavily algaed turtle.
