| Introduction | I did my BSc Physics in 1965. In those days connection to the college was mainly as a resident scholar and weekly chats with the tutor (doc Ghose and later Balbir Singh)for Rudra North. I went to IISc for my BE and ME and joined ISRO; retired in 2005. Mainly worked on satellite communications, remote sensing and GIS. Now I am an Independent director in Scanpoint Geomatics as well as the Managing Editor of Geospatial World magazine published from Noida. I also did a bit of teaching but gave up as correcting answer sheets was a crashing bore. Difficult to see all your efforts set to nought by marks hungry students. |
