| Introduction | My name is Renatta Lewis, I hold a Bachelor's in Nursing. Currently a Registered Nurse pursing my Master's in Advance Nursing Education. I love dogs and spending time with my immediate family doing mostly outdoor activities. Enjoying now time is very important for me. Technology in education is something new to me since I started my Master's. The only time I use technology is on my hand-held device for my personal use. However, growing up as a young teenager going into adulthood technology privileges was not given. My experience with this technology has been very interesting. Growing up I did not use technology a lot since I spent more of my time outside or in school reading or studying a book. However, since I'm enrolled in this program, technology assisted me to navigate through learning basic skills with a computer. My knowledge with technology has tremendously broaden, because I tend to "dig up" and learn technology inside out, every day is a learning process. As the saying goes "I could fend for myself" when it comes to knowing as much as I can with technology. I am growing to appreciate and know more about technology in my future endeavours. |
