Introduction	I am a 34 year old female who wants to get into better shape! I WAS doing the P90X (Lean) training program and made it to day 78 when I had to quit because of back problems. Unfortunately I need surgery for a herniated disc (NOT caused by the P90X program!!). Hopefully once I'm better, I'll start P90X over again. In the meantime, I'll keep you posted on my attempts to stay healthy while I can't exercise.
