| Introduction | Hi everyone! My name is Heather Avrech and I am, first and foremost, a mom to my two beautiful girls and wife to my amazing husband. I am also a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor's of Science in Sports Management with a specialization in Health and Wellness. Currently, I am finishing up the last two courses in my Masters of Education Program at National University. Upon completion, I hope to go back to teaching Physical Education at a local private school.
