| Introduction | I'm Chyavan Rees, aged 19 and a first year at the University of Cardiff. I have been kayaking for nearly 10 years and have kayaked across the UK and in Europe. I have completed a 522 mile, 5 days cycle from Edinburgh to London, a 550 mile three peaks bike and hike, and ran 2 marathons this year. Hitting the sub 4hr mark in June 2014. Apart from studying in my first year I have a goal to run a sub 20 minute 5k and a sub 1hr 40 half marathon whilst ticking off as many Welsh Stouts as possible! Enjoy.
