Introduction	I asked my mom (who was my aunt at the time...don't ask) when they first noticed something was not quite right for me. She said when I was about 6 years old. I turn 46 this year. That's 40 years of doing battle with my own mind. Man, when ya say it like that...wow. I have only very recently found the courage to say "I am living with mental illness". In the past I have only considered myself as someone who struggles mental health issues. I have worked very hard for a long time to be mentally healthy, but I am not winning the battle right now. It happens that way sometimes. I will, as always, fight back. And I will win!
Interests	Photographing blossoms, quilting, playing with my dog, healing, God, Starbucks, and ice cream...not necessarily in that order
