Introduction	I am an artist, cook, mom and lover of the natural world. I find joy in cooking, creating recipes using vibrant, healthy ingredients and using food as medicine. I believe that what we eat and what we do in the world deeply impacts our health on many levels. I am currently working toward earning a Masters in Clinical Nutrition and am interested in working with individuals who need/want to make changes in diet and lifestyle to bring wellness into their lives.
