I am first generation born American; my mother is from Latvia. I lived in Europe for 4 years, Hawaii for 5 years and throughout the States. I traveled throughout Asia for business. When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
I do not wake up to an alarm! I sleep until I am finished sleeping! If I ever have to wake up earlier than my body clock says to I just imprint in my mind before going to sleep that I will wake up at a certain time. I love my life and I am so blessed to be able to sleep until I am done each day!
