| Introduction | Originally from Tucson, AZ, I moved to Memphis in 1987 with a volleyball scholarship to the University of Memphis. I went to graduate school and after many, many years, earned a Master's Degree in City & Regional Planning. I worked for 13 years as a city planner in various cities in the Memphis area. In 2004, I met Eddie at a historic preservation class. We married in 2006 and lived in a 1920's bungalow in Midtown Memphis with 3 cats and 1 dog. In 2007, I broke away from city planning to do marketing & communications for Tennis Memphis, a nonprofit organization that manages the public tennis centers in Memphis. In early 2009, we decided to leave the yard work and renovation work behind and move to an East Memphis condo. If we are not sitting on our patio, you will probably find us on a tennis court or at the nearest coffee house. |
