Introduction	I am a Thirtysomething mum of two wee boys - a 3 1/2 yr old and a 2 year old. My husband and I have recently made the dramatic (insane??) decision to downsize our property with a view to extending and renovating to create our perfect family home. We have bought a 2-bed bungalow on a large garden which we are currently living in, and will be, throughout the duration of the project.
