| Introduction | I cannot believe this is my 16th year at Eagleridge Elementary! Time flies when you're having fun, I guess. Before Eagleridge, I taught a 2/3 combination classroom in LaCrosse, WA, for three years. I received my Bachelor of Education degree from Washington State University in 1993. I also attended my masters program there, with my focus on school counseling, which I completed in 1998. Last year, I went through the process to achieve National Board Certification and I'm anxiously awaiting those results. I was excited to find out last spring that I was named NWESD 2012 Teacher of the Year. That was definitely the highlight of my career. I'm also the proud mommy of Joaquin (6) and Julia (5) and they will both be at Eagleridge this year, too. |
