Introduction	I think some of my friends could easily know who I am by RB13. I live in Paris and I studied for a year in California few years ago. When I came back to France, I had few injuries that made stop skating for a while. I was missing friends from Cali and I was also missing cookies, muffins and so on. That is how I started making pastries and bread. I was used to make pastries with my grandma and my mother when I was younger. Now, I really get interested in baking and I wanna share what I have already learnt.
