| Introduction | Tropical beaches are some of the places I go to for renewal, inspiration and consolation. That is why my blog has the gorgeous picture – beautifully captured by my photographer daughter, Stephanie – of the Kauai Na Pali coast. I hail from Australia, come from Hungarian stock and currently reside in Seattle. I love being a mom and a doting grandma. I have an M.D. degree and am a board certified internist, spiritual director, and an executive and life coach. I have been involved with the Lorian Association, helping to teach their spiritual formation and spiritual direction training programs. I have also served on the leadership team of the international nonprofit One to One Women Coaching Women, which coaches high potential, low-income clients and caregivers of wounded veterans.
