| Favorite music | most anything really... first passion is hip/hop & r&b... but not most of the mainstream stuff you hear on the radio about money and women and sex... or stuff made specifically to showcase a dance favorite artists: a lot of underground stuff, i bet you haven't heard of!! - atmosphere, living legends, one be lo, cage, the perceptionists, outerspace, binary star, copywrite, el-p, immortal technique, jedi mind tricks/vinnie paz/army of the pharaohs... to name a few. also midstream/"indie": common, mos def, wu tang, talib kweli... and always my neo-soul/r&b... monica, erykah badu, jill scott, john legend... pop-py stuff like aly & aj (love the potential breakup song), kelly clarkson... and then the classics... jazz/big band/soul/whatever you want to call it, frank sinatra, nina simone, lena horne, ella fitzgerald, duke ellington... throw in a little k-pop, Big Bang, Hyori, DBSK, Epik High, 1TYM... |
