| Introduction | I was born in Osaka and grew up in Kobe, Japan which is very nice city. I was married to my wonderful American husband in 2008 in Japan. It took me more than a year to get an immigrant visa. This allowed me to move to California in 2009 where my husband had been waiting for me. Everything is so different here; life, culture, religion, and language of course. Sometimes I get overwhelmed by the differences, but I enjoy my life here with my husband, my new family, and our friends. |
