| Introduction | I started this blog on Weight Watchers in 2010 relocated part of it here and forgot it was here! Fast forward to 2016 I have continued the blog at Weight Watchers but they have decided to do away with that feature and I am looking for a new home for my blog. Imagine my happy surprise to find I had done some of the work already. My weight loss journey had ups and downs and I know fund myself on the down side again, losing some regained weight and tackling my goals once again. Please follow along and help me meet my goals!
