| Introduction | I'm a retired schoolteacher and have in addition about 16 years experience working and playing in a terrific little Brooklyn restaurant called Circles. My grandmother and mother were legendary Italian cooks. I lived in a large communal house in Brooklyn where I cooked for many many parties over the 21 years I was there. For the past seven years, I have been making parties for people as "Your Italian Grandma" (I channel my grandmother).For the past two years, I have also been employed as a private chef in Manhattan. I love to cook for people. |
