I've been severely allergic to tree-nuts since age 2 and salmon since I ate my first bagel with lox. Less severe food allergies include: eggplant, some types of melons and several tropical fruits. I've had environmental allergies and allergic asthma (now in remission) since I was four years old.
Since May 2005, due to some suspected food intolerances, I've maintained a wheat-free, white sugar-free, low lactose, low soy, low processed food-free lifestyle - organic/local/sustainable whenever possible.
