Introduction	My wife and I raised two children in New York, and now have 7 grandchildren. I have a wide range of abilities, I am a Vietnam Vet, and owned a service company in New York city for 26 years helping customers solve problems with their furniture, while helping pastor a church. We relocated to Charlotte 15 years ago not knowing anyone, but loved what we found in this area, with it's wonderful hospitality, and therefore we understand the relocation process. Steve has been in real estate since coming to Charlotte, with Janis helping him. We have come to understand in this day and age we all need a Plan B, C, and D.
