| Introduction | Faith was born on Jan. 17, 2004. Within the first few days of life Faith had serious cardiac defects that required her first surgery at 5 days old. She also had a genectic disorder called 22q deletion. The first two years of Faith's life was filled with ER visits, hospital stays and numerous medical procedures, including placement of a feeding tube and her second heart surgery. Faith had serious infections including RSV and a form of carditis. However, Her last year she was doing really well. She was going to school, making friends, and was much healthier. She had an amazing love for life and especially her family. Faith was 5 years old when she had her 3rd cardiac surgery March 31st. Unfortunately, Faith passed away due to complications from this surgery on June 1, 2009. She was our "Borrowed Angel" and is now making Heaven an even better place. She will never be forgotten and will always be a blessing and inspiration to us. Her love will live on in our hearts and we will never forget the lessons she taught us. We love you and cannot WAIT to see you again. Thank you for being the best thing that happened to us. |
