| Introduction | The Cambodian Children’s Charity (‘CamKids’) is a development and relief organisation, dedicated to providing direct aid to poor children in Cambodia.
Our principal objective is to help children in Cambodia who are either poor or whose parents are not there for them: orphans, street children, children living in poor rural areas and children affected by natural disasters, such as flood or famine. In a country where there is a high rate of child abandonment, we also support programs to help strengthen vulnerable families and keep them together.
CamKids has absolutely no overhead costs as we are run entirely by our Trustees and supporters and receive all of the services and goods we need, free of charge, from individuals and corporate friends of the charity. For more information, go to www.camkids.org or e-mail: contact@camkids.org.
