Introduction	Originally from Laos. Parents were from Laos and South of France. Lived all over the world because my parents were diplomats including Laos, Thailand, Djibouti, France, Switzerland, Spain and England. Received a Hotel Management Degree from Centre de Glion (Switzerland). Began culinary career in Switzerland and later in Thailand, France, Spain and Miami. Came to Portland in 1998 and opened Fishtales Restaurant with my wife which operated for 3 years. Joined The Benson Hotel in 2001 and has been here ever since.
