| Introduction | welcome to my blog. i wanted to chronicle the days and months leading up to my weight loss surgery (WLS) to give insight to friends and family as to why i am doing this and at the same time to share information to others who are either in the process of having WLS or considering surgery. |

| Favorite movies | don't really have a specific favorite. i like a wide variety of movies = but REALLY don't like anything scary. |
| Favorite music | MUSIC IS AMAZING - first choice is contemporary Christian music then i would lean toward Herbie Hancock (love his new album). i just love music and there's not much that i don't enjoy. Except screaming rock - sorry johnny. |
