Introduction	Judy is Mrs. West Virginia International 2014 and is a mother of a type 1 diabetic child. She knows what it is like to struggle with the daily needs and worries of caring for a diabetic. She is an International Advocate and spokesperson for JDRF (Diabetes Research Foundation) and strives to guide and mentor both newly diagnosed families and 'ole pros of diabetes' in in the direction that they need. JDRF is the leading global organization that focuses on finding a cure for diabetes. Until they find a cure, JDRF continues to offer support, guidance, and key ways to live a successful and healthy life while living with diabetes.
