| Interests | SAL GAROFALO has been in the field of Private Adoption for over 3 decades. He has had extensive experience in both Domestic and International adoptions. He is well versed in the many complications and nuances of adoptions. Sal is also a retired Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (AAMFT) and has been marriage counselor for over 30 years. He has augmented this specialty by having several other sub-specialties. He is a retired Registered Sex Therapist with BESTCO the Board of Examiners in Sex Therapy and Counseling in Ontario. He is also an Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Assn. of Family Mediation (OAFM). If this were not ample He also holds a Certificate in Financial Planning. Sal enjoys skiing and has been a life member of the Canadian Ski Patrol. He teaches CPR and 1st aid. He is also a member of the Critical Incidence stress debriefing team Sal brings a great deal of experience to the field of parenting, adoption and human relationship. |
